The room is spacious and airy, featuring a bath and a fridge. the location is stunning, with a café right across the road. It's also very close to the Hunter Valley, making it a great spot to visit often throughout the year, along with nearby restaurants in Cessnock.

the breakfast was good hot, with plenty of food. got the same villa booked online with the bedroom and the most amazing view plus shower. the hotel was set in a central area near the hunter valley and the wineries and hv zoo and hv gardens. also, i was just a short stroll away from the entrance town centre.

I had a really comfortable stay over the October long weekend. There’s an amazing restaurant here for both dinner and breakfast. 😋.

Everything was great, amicable staff, lovely views of the lake. The room was neat, new-fashioned, clean bathroom. The location was particularly good for walking around Monarchs in the Hunter. The hotel itself was in a fairly nice area.

I spent 1 night here and liked that. All in all everything was fantastic, even so I had very small bathroom. Its location was convenient, near shops or takeaway. It also was to the wineries on the ihop bus.

Visit the vine yards and took a drive around the countryside. Also enjoyed a good evening in Harrigans hotel. Overall was a relaxing weekend and would love a weekend away in hunter valley again.

The service was very good and the rooms were neat and tidy. The facilities available surpassed my expectations and for the rate that we paid per night, it was great value for money. We will definitely come back and tell our friends about our stay!

The location was peaceful and unbeatable, just a short distance from Picnic Point Reserve. the restaurant was conveniently located within 300 metres. Our room was a nice size and airy, equipped with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave. the bed was incredibly large, and I truly enjoyed it. the staff were thoughtful and provided excellent service in every area.

the central location in the Hunter Valley made it extremely convenient for our meetings, and I appreciated the ample parking available. One of my favorite features was the lovely heated pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day. the attached brewery offered delightful dining options for both lunch and dinner, which added value to our stay. the spacious room had a kitchenette that made it easy to whip up simple meals, and the bathroom was adequately sized, providing comfort throughout my visit.
Shower head was falling off.

The very friendly staff and facilities
The air conditioning did not work properly, it was cold. We were Upgraded to another room - which was colder than the first and which was not of a higher standard, the king bed was actually 2 singles together, TV very old and the bathroom had shower over bath which was not acceptable due to knee problems. - we were much more comfortable in our original standard queen room which we went back to. Air conditioning supposedly fixed by next night, but alas the same problem. Staff were very accommodating and tried their best but it was obvious a specialist in the air conditioning field was necessary. Other than that, our stay was most comfortable.

Restaurant was great and breakfast excellent. I found it very hard to get one night's accomodation in the Hunter Valley and Potters Hotel Brewery Resort was one of the few. I am sure that there is quite a few visitors looking for one night's accomodation over the weekend breaks, most only offered two or three nights packages.
Nothing, would definately stay again.

The comfort, layout and facilities of the spa villa. The ability for four friends to stay in the one accommodation, making it more affordable. Value for money compared with other Hunter Valley accommodation. The convenience of the restaurant/brasserie and its diverse menu. The flexibility of the reception hours compared to other Hunter Valley accommodation.
The carpet in the spa villa was very stained. The stovetop was dirty.
